ASSI AS operates as a business-to-business manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel furniture and custom stainless steel solutions.
Products presented on this website are not sold through an online store. Orders are processed through quotations, project discussions, purchase orders and separate agreements between ASSI and the customer or reseller.
As many ASSI products are manufactured to order and may include customer-specific dimensions, features or customizations, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Any return requests, warranty claims, delivery discrepancies or product-related concerns should be reported to ASSI as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.
The conditions governing returns, replacements, warranties and liabilities are defined in the applicable quotation, sales agreement, purchase order or other contractual documentation agreed between ASSI and the customer.
